Danny looked over to Alice and smiled before leaning over to kiss her on the lips gently. His eyes shot to his brother when he groaned, though, and his hand flew out to cover Ste's.
He lept up and stood in a protective crouch, watching as his brother came around.
"You all right, Bro? You were out cold."
Danny's voice was relaxed, yet his eyes held worry and concern within.

Ste awoke with a groggy groan, wondering where the hell he was and what had happened. His eyes flew open when he saw Danny and he jumped up, suddenly filled with renewed energy.
"Yeah, yeah. I'm fine." His eyes looked dazed and confuzed and maybe even somewhat glassy.
He didn't know where he was...
What had happened?

Alice stood up and waited for Steph to give a response.When he did,she scanned his mind.There was a gap and it worried her.
''Stephen? Sorry I didn't know you're mind was so sensitive...'' Alice said and walked over to him ''Are you ok? Your memory still seems hazzy...'' she spoke slowly and looked into his eyes.They were still slightly glazed over.A natural thing when you've been hypnotized and woke up after a while.Apart from that,Stephen looked physicaly stable and should recover.
''Why don't you sit down for a while? Until your mind clears'' Alice suggested.

Danny smiled as he watched Alice and her concern for his brother. He also mirroed her feelings yet for some reason he was calm and able to think clearer than ever before. The events that had unfolded back there, while Ste was sleeping would stay with Danny forever, a cherished memory never to be lost.
He cocked his head to one side and nodded to his brother, encouraging him silently to sit and rest. Alice was right. It was what he needed.

Ste touched Alice's cheek gently as it all came flooding back to him. The chant, that feeling of flying, the hypnosis. He smiled and brushed her forehead with his lips gently.
"It is okay, Alice. You meant no harm and thus no harm was done."
He looked to his brother and nodded back to him, walking over to the nearest tree and sitting down with his back against it, In a moment he would start back and head for the camp. It was near dawn already and they would all have to set off to see the Queen...

Alice sighed in relief,smiling when Stephen gave her a brotherly kiss on the forehead.She watched as he took a seat by a tree.He should be fine after a rest.When she turned to see the horizon,the sun was just about to peek out...With another sigh she took out a spare roll of bandages and slowly wrapped a thin layer across her eyes,around to the back of her head.Her sensitive eyes always gets irritated in the sun so the badages always covers her eyes during the day.
''Let's go sit down too'' Alice suggested and hopped over to sit next to Stephen,plopping down next to him.Alice turned around to test her vision.Everything was black and white...

Danny took a hold of Alice and carried her back to the camp, placing her gently on the ground and curling around her protectively.
"Sleep for an hour my love."
He kissed her shoulder and settled down to rest himself, though he would not sleep, just fall into a daze.

Ste wandered back to the camp after a while and saw Danny and Alice together. With a soft smile he laid back on his mat and closed his eyes, pushing all thoughts from his mind and falling into his dazy slumber. At dawn, they set off to the Queen...
